Open Non-MS-Office files from cloud drive in local apps

Example:
Click on a Non-MS-Office file (Keynote, pdf, etc.) that's stored in a cloud drive (OneDrive, iCloud etc.). Cloud drive is mapped to a local drive (i.e. files are stored locally).
Curiosity should open the local copy of the file using the local app (e.g. Keynote), not open it in the browser.
