Shared Workspaces will let you search data outside your computer.
For example, your team might connect their CRM, network drive and document management system to a "Marketing Workspace". Then you can select whether to search your files and apps, or search on the "Marketing Workspace".
Workspaces will also let you search private and work files separately, if you're so inclined.
